These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and myspin ("myspin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at myspin.asia. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the myspin platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. myspin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. myspin does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where such activity is expressly prohibited by law. Access from restricted territories may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation — including but not limited to providing a false name, date of birth, or residential address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted one active account on the myspin platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited. myspin may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining real money balance to the designated primary account, subject to verification.
3.1 Account Security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify myspin immediately.
3.2 KYC Verification. myspin is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of address and payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. myspin reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining real money balance, following 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. myspin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and Public Bank FPX. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). myspin does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own standard processing fees.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("source of funds" rule). Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days. myspin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of RM 5,000 or above.
4.4 Fraud Prevention. myspin employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Deposits or withdrawal requests identified as potentially fraudulent, or associated with money laundering, will be immediately suspended pending investigation. myspin cooperates fully with relevant authorities and may freeze accounts and funds during any active investigation.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by myspin are subject to wagering requirements, which are specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
5.2 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms: online slots contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; sports and esports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Games or bet types with zero contribution will not reduce outstanding wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. myspin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: wagering on opposite outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; exploiting software errors or loopholes; and coordinated play designed to circumvent bonus terms.
5.4 One Promotion Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one participation per person, household, IP address, or device.
6.1 Platform Integrity. All game outcomes on the myspin platform are determined by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or by physical dealer actions in monitored studio environments (for live casino games). Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed. myspin will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game — including server interruptions, display errors, or software faults — myspin reserves the right to declare the affected wagers void and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical malfunction will not be honoured.
6.3 Sportsbook & Esports Rules. Sportsbook and esports betting markets are governed by separate sporting rules documents published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific sporting rules, the specific sporting rules shall prevail for matters related to bet settlement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the myspin platform — including but not limited to the myspin brand, logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, text, and graphics — is the proprietary property of myspin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any myspin content without prior written consent is expressly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myspin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. myspin's total aggregate liability for any direct loss arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount wagered by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
myspin does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
10.1 Termination by myspin. myspin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory direction. In the event of termination for cause, any Bonus Funds in the account will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the account holder after deduction of any amounts owed to myspin, subject to completed KYC verification.
10.2 Termination by User. You may close your account at any time by contacting myspin support. Any real money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds.
myspin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Users may access deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools via their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, are applied for a minimum period of six months and cannot be reversed during that period.

myspin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which myspin holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through myspin's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the applicable licensing authority.
